CHANGES TO REGISTRATION
Once you have registered, you will not be able to modify your registration. If you need to make adjustments to your registration, please contact albertalandinstitute@ualberta.ca
CANCELLATION POLICY
Land Use 2020 will issue full refunds for conference registrations, less a $75 administration fee, for all written cancellation requests received before April 30, 2020. We regret that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are allowed at no cost provided the name of the individual substituting is recorded prior to May 25, 2020 at 11:59 PM MDT.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Alberta Land Institute has negotiated a special discounted room rate of $180.00 + tax and fees for conference attendees to stay at the Banff Centre.
In order to secure accommodations at this rate, please contact the Banff Centre Reservations Department at 1-800-884-7574 and indicate that you are attending the “UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA – ALBERTA LAND INSTITUTE LAND USE 2020” event.

Please note that guestroom rates are subject to a facility fee of $15.00 plus GST per room, per night. This fee includes: campus-wide Wi-Fi, phone calls to across North America, access to Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation facilities, parking, access and borrowing privileges at the Banff Centre library and services, and access to complimentary arts and programmed events when available.
